California CFRA Update
Did you know? Starting January 1st, 2022, the California Family Rights Act (“CRFA”) will change to allow California employees to take leave to care of “parent-in-law” as part of the list of qualifying family members. California is not the only state widening eligibility — New York Paid Family Leave and Minnesota Paid Leave have expanded coverage too.
