When leave of absence management demands more than your in-house team can handle, Entrust provides a superior management service solution. Entrust Leave Management Service is offered in two different service delivery models:
- Outsourcing: Leave management service designed for employers who have decided to outsource administration of their leave of absence program. Qcera's leave specialists will manage a client's leave program end to end — from handling intake, eligibility verification, documentation review, employee communications, and return to work — entirely within the LeaveSource platform. Employee leave requests can be made through MyLeave (employee self-service portal and mobile app) or via a dedicated call center. Escalations to your HR team will be made only when necessary.
- Co-Sourcing: Leave of absence co-sourcing service designed for employers wanting to maintain ownership of the employee relationship while leveraging Qcera for the administrative and back-office processing components of leave management on the LeaveSource platform. With the Entrust co-sourcing model, Qcera’s experienced LOA specialists manage all of the administrative processing associated with leave and accommodations, while a client's HR and leave teams retain direct interaction and engagement with its employees.
